Piet Millard relocated from Gauteng to the west coast 5 years ago. Piet was actively involved in the construction sector – building and renovating for 15 years before moving his business – Piet Millard Bou Dienste to the west coast. While rehabilitating the concrete bridges near Saldanha Steel, Piet realized the potential for a reputable scaffolding company. At first they rented out scaffolding on a small scale to local builders. During the 2005 property boom the company got involved with erecting rib and block concrete decks. Next in line was erecting of insitu concrete slabs. 

 Not only do we rent out scaffolding we also erect. We can assist you with fast and efficient scaffold solutions. We also do sales on all relevant scaffolding components. For all your scaffolding and access equipment rental, our competent and friendly staff is just one phone call away. Our personnel are well trained and are accredited scaffold erectors, supervisors and inspectors. We can also sign off our scaffolding. 

During 2006 the Piet was joined by his brother Andre. They then formed All Deck a company that specializes in erecting all kinds of concrete decks and slabs. Since then the company has grew to one of the largest companies on the west coast and has proved itself a market leader in various disciplines of concrete and formwork. All Deck’s personnel are well trained and are accredited formwork and false work erectors, supervisors and inspectors. Andre and his team can sign off all formwork, false work and scaffolding. Our services include building and setting up of beam boxing, steel fixing, setting up concrete columns, and placing of concrete, bull floating wet concrete. We will assist you in obtaining the correct deck for your specific requirements. Our engineers will not only design your deck but will advise on type and cost effect ness. He will oversee all aspects and works before any concrete will be placed on the deck.

Piet Millard Bou Dienste assists local builders and companies with an array of services in the building sector. Our qualified project managers will take you step by step through any of your building projects. From estimating , sourcing of suppliers and contractors , quality control , day to day management of the project up to final completion certificate. Our in house safety officers will assist you with all your safety documentation, risk assessments and safety training.
